Job summary

Noatum Logistics USA is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our global 3PL air and ocean freight business across the southeast market. You will drive growth by pursuing new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers, leveraging a deep understanding of international freight forwarding and supply chain services.

The role requires a proven track record in business development, strong closing skills, and the ability to work in a multi-national environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in 3PL international freight forwarding.
• Proven track record in new and existing business development with strong closing skills.
• Experience in using CRM systems and planning calls.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the company's 3PL air/ocean freight forwarding business in the regional market.
• Create and maintain customer-specific business plans to exceed margins and volumes.
• Communicate market conditions and trends to shape strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute development strategies for new and existing customers.
• Report on performance and insights for customer performance and market factors.
• Manage development programs to promote business between countries/products.
