Job summary

Noatum Logistics USA is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Florida and Southeast USA markets, focusing on 3PL international freight forwarding, air/ocean freight, and supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building new business, managing territories and budgets, and developing strategic plans with internal teams. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in 3PL international freight forwarding.
• Proven track record of new and existing business development in ocean and air freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international air freight forwarding and supply chain management

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer-specific business plans to exceed margin and volume goals.
• Develop new business in international air/ocean freight forwarding and some ocean freight.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute business development strategies for new and existing customers.
• Report on performance with insight into changes to customer performance and market impact factors.
• Travel as required.
