Expeditors is seeking an energetic CLS Department team member to ensure timely movement of freight and exceptional customer service for international shipments. You will process air/ocean documentation, coordinate with customers and overseas offices, and support warehouse and reporting tasks daily.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in AOG/airspace logistics, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office; Spanish/Portuguese knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in AOG/airspace logistics
• Understanding of air documentation processes
• Experience with international and domestic routing/dispatch
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information.
• Process AWBs and BLs with accuracy.
• Track and trace export/import files and reporting.
• Communicate arrival notices to customers and overseas offices.
• Handle billing with clients and service providers.
• Coordinate with customers for international shipments.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and logistic partners.
• Adhere to government regulations and complete EEIs.
• Improve department processes for efficiency and productivity.
• Support basic warehouse functions as needed.
