The role requires 1+ year of related experience, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and strong English communication; knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese is a plus. Be ready for rotating afterhours/weekend shifts in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year plus related experience in logistics or air/sea freight operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate freight movement and data entry in our operating systems.
• Track and trace export/import files and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and maintain service provider relationships.
• Meet KPI targets and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
