Job summary

Expeditors Columbus is seeking an Air Export AOG Agent in an operations role responsible for processing export shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely data entry. You will track shipments, dispatch freight, communicate with customers and partners worldwide, monitor reports, and uphold compliance and KPI targets while pursuing continuous process improvements.

• Accurate data entry and documentation processing.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments.
• Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation incl. air waybills, commercial, and regulatory docs.
• Accurate data entry into operating system.
• Dispatch freight.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, Expeditors offices, and coworkers via multiple channels.
• Monitor reports.
• Ensure accurate client billing.
• Maintain relationships with airlines and trucking partners.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Meet KPIs and seek process improvements.
• Complete 52 hours of annual training.
