Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding sales experience.
• Proven ability to retain and grow customer accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain customer volume and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Expand relationships and revenue with current buyers and add locations.
• Sell and support Laufer's full suite of products and services.
• Develop robust pipeline to increase market share in the territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery and proposals.
• Create and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders.
