Job summary

Laufer Group International, a global logistics provider, seeks a Sales Account Executive in Chelsea to maintain and grow key customer relationships and achieve sales goals. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will promote Laufer’s air/sea freight, customs brokerage, and export management services to assigned accounts.

Your responsibilities include building a strong pipeline, delivering quarterly business reviews, and coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Retain customer volume and profitability while managing assigned accounts.
• Penetrate and expand relationships within accounts to increase revenue and add locations.
• Sell and support Laufer’s full suite of services.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new opportunities in the territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and quarterly business reviews.
