Job summary

Whitecrow, Inc. is seeking an International Account Executive to drive new international and domestic business in logistics and 3PL services.

You will manage strategic customer relationships, develop pipelines, and sell integrated solutions including warehousing, transport, and fulfillment. The role requires strong sales skills, international logistics knowledge, and the ability to build long-term partnerships while contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience within 3PL, Import/Export, International Transportation, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Solutions.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, air freight, customs processes, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new international and domestic business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, trade shows, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Sell and operate comprehensive 3PL solutions including warehousing, distribution, cross-docking, inventory management, and logistics.
• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations; collaborate with Operations and Transportation teams to onboard customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Attend industry events to expand the company’s presence and stay informed on market trends.
