Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a global LMS Manager to own and optimize our learning technology ecosystem. You will govern the LMS, drive enhancements, ensure data integrity, and enable scalable, compliant training across regions.

Collaborate with HR, Compliance, IT, and vendors to deliver secure, engaging learning experiences. You will lead analytics, reporting, testing, and release management, while aligning with Crawford standards and strategic talent development objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, educational technology, HR, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in learning systems, LMS administration, or digital learning operations, with 3+ years on enterprise LMS.
• Experience supporting global/multi-region employee populations in large organizations.
• Experience administering compliance training, licensing, continuing education, or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own global LMS roadmap, governance, and standards; translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Oversee system configuration, access, structures, curricula, paths, and retirements; ensure timely support.
• Manage HR data integrations, releases, SSO, and content provider integrations; monitor data feeds.
