Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to define and drive the organization’s LMS strategy, governance, and reporting. The role partners with stakeholders to deliver strategic training programs, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate course catalogs across a global enterprise.

The Boston-based position follows a hybrid model with three onsite days weekly at 125 Summer Street, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including retirement matching,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Quality, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise Learning Management Systems in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills with ability to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Learning Management System strategy, roadmap, and administration.
• Lead deployment of corporate, compliance, regulatory, and quality training through the LMS.
• Serve as implementation lead for compliance training technologies, tools, integrations, and enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize LMS projects.
• Establish LMS governance, standards, and documentation for catalog accuracy and support.
• Ensure content and system functionality are tested across browsers/OS and UT testing.
• Maintain LMS data feeds and integrations to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
• Manage compliance training communications, KPI deliverables, training matrices, assignments, and approvals.
• Provide LMS guidance, training, and support to users, admins, and global units.
• Monitor LMS issues and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Support LMS audit readiness and represent LMS during audits.
