Avalara is seeking an experienced Senior Go-To-Market Live Trainer to join the Revenue Operations team. You will deliver instructor-led and virtual training for our go-to-market organization, shaping seller performance and ramp velocity.

You will guide live sessions, perform real-time adaptation, and drive continuous development across the GTM function. With a focus on MEDDPICC and Value Selling, you will coach sellers on applying methodologies to active deals, orchestrate roleplay sessions, and

Qualifications

4–7+ years of experience in B2B revenue enablement or sales training.
Proven ILT and VILT facilitation.
Fluency in MEDDPICC and Value Selling.
Experience with Train the Trainer programs.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.

Responsibilities

Deliver ILT and VILT training programs for the GTM organization.
Lead live roleplay and deal coaching to connect classroom learning to field execution.
Partner with LoB leadership to align content with learning strategy and business outcomes.
Enable frontline sales managers with coaching programs and structured learning experiences.
Execute major GTM events like SKOs and regional summits; coordinate delivery with enablement operations.
