Job summary

Avalara, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Go-To-Market Live Trainer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role leads instructor-led and virtual training for our GTM organization, driving seller performance, ramp velocity, and revenue outcomes.

You will build capability in new hires and tenured sellers through engaging, outcomes-focused programs. As a key enablement professional, you will champion MEDDPICC and Value Selling, lead roleplay and coaching, and enable frontline managers with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
4-7+ years in B2B revenue enablement or sales training with live facilitation.
Fluency in MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or similar frameworks.
Experience with Train the Trainer programs.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Deliver ILT and VILT training programs across the GTM organization.
Lead live roleplay and deal coaching.
Align with Line of Business leadership and the learning strategy.
Adapt delivery in real-time based on audience feedback and performance observations.
Champion Sales Methodology adoption and extend training to product, pricing, and forecasting knowledge.
Utilize AI-powered roleplay and conversation intelligence platforms to enhance practice and coaching.
Surface skill gaps and inform curriculum updates with data-driven insights.
Collaborate with enablement partners to maintain delivery standards.
