Qualifications

• 3–5 years of licensing industry work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management support across licensed categories, regions, and lines of business, including Merchandising, Publishing, Promotions, Clip Licensing, and Location-Based Experiences.
• Perform pre-execution contract validations and ensure accurate deal setup in License Maestro.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues; coordinate with IT and offshore teams to resolve anomalies and apply updates.
