Amazon is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and optimize learning programs for associates worldwide in its hiring operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs, applying adult learning principles to create impactful content and data-driven improvements.

Key duties include designing modules and guides, publishing and tracking completion in Learn LMS, and leading scalable content architecture for global audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years of learning and development or employee compliance training experience.
• 3+ years of classroom facilitation experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience analyzing data to make business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and other learning assets
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
• Publish, assign, and track training completion and assessment scores in Learn LMS
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
• Develop scalable modular content architecture for diverse global audiences
