Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Workforce Staffing Learning & Development team is seeking an innovative Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide in Amazon's hiring operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create engaging content, apply adult learning principles, and use data-driven decision making to improve training effectiveness across 102 sites in 23 countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience
• 2+ years of learning and development or employee compliance training experience
• 3+ years of classroom facilitation experience
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, ILT facilitator and participant guides, reference materials, and other learning assets using various authoring tools
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
• Publish, assign, and track training completion and assessment scores in Learn LMS
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs
• Lead specialized initiatives in cross-skilling content development and quality-driven continuous learning interventions
• Develop scalable modular content architecture that serves diverse global audiences
• Portfolio of eLearning samples required at interview
