Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and enhance learning programs for global hiring operations.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and program managers to turn complex information into engaging content and scalable training solutions across 102 sites in 23 countries. The role requires expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training materials in ILT, e-learning and video.
• Have a portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables.
• Experience Using Articulate Storyline/Articulate Rise.
• Experience formulating and implementing training and performance improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and reference materials using various authoring tools.
• Publish, assign, and track training completion and assessment scores in Learn LMS.
