Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Experience Designer for the Workforce Staffing Learning & Development team to design, develop, and enhance learning programs impacting associates worldwide in Amazon's hiring operations.

You will partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and program managers to create engaging content, apply adult learning principles, and drive continuous improvement across 102 sites in 23 countries. A portfolio of eLearning samples is required at interview.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years of learning and development or employee compliance training experience.
• 3+ years of classroom facilitation experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience formulating and implementing training and performance improvement strategies.
• Experience analyzing data to make business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, ILT facilitator and participant guides, reference materials, and other learning assets using various authoring tools.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
• Publish, assign, and track training completion and assessment scores in Learn LMS.
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps.
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods.
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies.
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Lead specialized initiatives in cross-skilling content development and quality-driven continuous learning interventions.
• Develop scalable modular content architecture that serves diverse global audiences.
