Job summary

Navan is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to turn global strategies into practical experiences. You will design and deliver learning content, own materials, and support training delivery within the Navan Core and Navan Signature Global Learning Team.

You will partner with stakeholders, maintain the LMS, and help ensure our service philosophy translates into effective, regionally relevant programs across remote, hybrid, and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• Strategic, analytical partnership with business stakeholders.
• Clear, engaging learning programs tailored to needs.
• Ability to measure success and drive improvements.
• Experience in customer experience or travel industry preferred.
• Experience presenting to groups and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Experience organization by delivering curricula and learning pathways.
• Develop and maintain learning content and manage the learning portfolio.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and sign-offs before publishing content.
• Shape content plans with the global team for consistency across regions and settings.
• Deliver training that meets diverse learner needs across regions and environments.
• Perform regular learning needs analyses and address gaps with leaders.
• Collaborate with CAPs and Product to keep content current with changes.
