Job summary

Neapco is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to build a global learning and development practice. This role designs, develops, implements, and evaluates company-wide initiatives that support business objectives, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and deliver programs that build technical, operational, and leadership capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience with global learning solutions across multiple delivery methods.
• Experience administering LMS and learning technologies.
• Experience designing curricula for technical and leadership development.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments to identify capability gaps.
• Develop learning strategies, curricula, and career paths with global leaders.
• Design engaging instructional materials using ADDIE and modern methods.
• Coordinate and support training programs, workshops, and leadership sessions.
• Manage the enterprise LMS, course creation, reporting, and administration.
• Measure learning effectiveness and business impact with assessments and metrics.
• Track participation, certifications, and program effectiveness via data analysis.
• Manage relationships with external learning vendors and RFP processes.
• Maintain training docs, job aids, facilitator guides, and SOPs for consistency.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and others.
