You will design interactive experiences and develop educational materials for internal stakeholders, transforming SME input into structured, professional learning content.

This temporary role focuses on global learning programs, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance while collaborating with program leadership to drive impact across a worldwide workforce.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in learning and development.
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia development, learning and development, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience designing and developing learning materials from conception to completion.
• Experience creating interactive experiences for live events or conferences.
• Ability to synthesize research and SME input into clear deliverables.
• Experience with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools and localization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Research and test emerging approaches for learning and development localization.
• Design interactive experiences to showcase innovative localization strategies.
• Develop educational materials for internal stakeholders on new approaches and best practices.
• Translate complex subject matter into clear, structured learning content for programs.
