Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations / Lean / Quality / Continuous Improvement, with experience in deploying Lean.
• Strong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating methods.
• English fluency
• Willingness to travel 20–50%

Responsibilities

• Lead the lean operating strategy aligned to priorities and efficiency targets.
• Partner across value streams to deploy Kaizen Promotion Office standards and Lean Operating Method.
• Own Lean Operating Method deployment and coach leaders.
• Strengthen monthly operating rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving.
• Define and deploy kaizen standards for scoping, planning, execution, reporting, and sustainment.
• Manage sustainable productivity programs through value stream roadmaps and cross-functional alignment.
• Champion automation and AI to improve execution and scalability.
• Build an inclusive culture aligned to the GE Vernova Way with focus on EHS, quality, and collaboration.
• Deliver measurable year-over-year results on KPIs through Lean Roadmap
