Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Readiness & Enablement Leader to drive automation transformation across global sites. You will partner with plant teams to plan readiness, conduct assessments, and close gaps in lean maturity, digital infrastructure, and workforce capability.

You will operate hands-on at plants, coaching leaders and embedding continuous improvement while advancing practical execution of enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial transformation, lean operations, and automation deployment.
• Ability to influence standardization, training, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, and accelerate site readiness for automation projects.
• Lead readiness assessments across lean maturity, digital systems, and workforce capability.
• Provide on-site coaching and knowledge transfer to build local capability.
• Support standardization of processes for automation enablement.
• Coordinate with plant leadership, IT/OT, and facilities to close gaps in infrastructure.
• Track progress, risks, and outcomes; report to Director, Automation Enablement.
• Share best practices, tools, and templates for readiness activities.
• Support workforce training and engagement to foster a culture of automation.
