Repligen Corporation seeks a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to lead product strategy and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies integrated with bioprocessing systems. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams across R&D, software, applications, and manufacturing to translate needs into requirements and drive commercialization.

Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product management or related experience in analytical instrumentation or bioprocessing.
- Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments or connected hardware-software solutions preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies and connected solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, applications and operations.
- Translate customer workflows into actionable requirements and prioritise development initiatives.
- Own product KPIs and use market insights to drive improvements and investments.
- Support commercial readiness, pricing, forecasting and go-to-market activities.
