Job summary
Walmart Connect International and Sam’s Club Connect seek a Senior Manager, Solution Consulting to lead a team of Technical Solutions Specialists supporting partners across Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Sam’s Club Connect. You will accelerate product adoption, strengthen partner integrations, and improve technical solutions for joint customers.
The team strategy focuses on mentoring, collaboration, and scaling of processes to ensure adoption of best practices, with a strong emphasis on advertising
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional services, customer success, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
- 3+ years managing senior technical individual contributors.
- Experience supporting advertising technology partners and strong API knowledge.
- Retail and marketplace platform experience preferred.
- Strong English and Spanish language skills.
Responsibilities
- Shape Technical Solutions strategy for complex partner engagements across international markets.
- Identify growth opportunities and set business objectives with cross-functional teams.
- Build and scale teams, processes, and operating models.
- Provide thought leadership and drive strategic innovation.
- Monitor ad performance to accelerate feature adoption and ROI.
- Drive roadmap prioritization and partner readiness for new capabilities.
- Develop, hire, and retain top technical talent while fostering a high-performing culture.
