Walmart Connect International and Sam’s Club Connect seek a Senior Manager, Solution Consulting to lead a team of Technical Solutions Specialists supporting partners across Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Sam’s Club Connect. Position Summary...Walmart Connect International and Sam’s Club Connect drive measurable outcomes for suppliers, sellers, brands, and agencies through full-funnel advertising solutions powered by Walmart’s data and reach. As Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, you will lead a team of Technical Solutions Specialists supporting partners across Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Sam’s Club Connect. You will accelerate product adoption, strengthen partner integrations, and improve technical solutions for joint customers. Key responsibilities include mentoring and developing the team, managing strategic partner relationships, maintaining integration health, scoping projects, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating across internal and external stakeholders, and driving advertising performance and client success.

About the team: The Solution Consulting team provides strategic and technical product guidance by aligning partner offerings with Walmart Connect + Sam's Club product roadmaps. They identify opportunities for business growth through product integrations and optimizations while sharing best practices. Acting as solution architects, team members manage technical relationships with prioritized partners, oversee beta participation, and drive product prioritization and brainstorming sessions. The team ensures adoption of integration best practices and offers expert guidance on solution development across Technology Provider, Agency, and Media Partnerships. Their collaborative approach supports innovation and effective execution of complex technical solutions.

What you’ll do

Shape Technical Solutions strategy for complex partner engagements across WMC International (Canada, Mexico, Chile) and Sam’s Club Connect.

Identify growth opportunities and establish business objectives with cross‑functional and Partner Development teams.

Build and scale teams, processes, and operating models.

Provide thought leadership and champion strategic innovation.

Monitor Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video, and Display performance to accelerate feature adoption.

Drive product roadmap prioritization and partner readiness for new capabilities.

Ensure strong communication across partners and internal stakeholders.

Develop, engage, hire, and retain top technical talent while fostering a high‑performing team culture and supporting associate growth.

What you’ll bring

5+ years in professional services, customer success, solutions architecture, or technical account management.

3+ years managing senior technical individual contributors.

Experience supporting advertising technology partners and strong API knowledge.

Retail And Marketplace Platform Experience Preferred.

Strategic, proactive problem‑solving with a client‑centric mindset.

Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.

Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements.

Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts.
