Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Senior Manager to join the Media Partnerships Innovation team and help power the growth of offsite advertising solutions. You will report to the Director, Innovation and oversee evaluation, development, and launch of new strategic advertising and technology partnerships.

You will act as a trusted advisor to partners and internal stakeholders, influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives, and develop scalable solutions that deliver measurable

• Evaluate and launch new strategic partnerships to accelerate growth of Walmart Connect advertising products.
• Define long-term vision, commercial frameworks, and strategic goals for new partnerships.
• Translate complex product integrations and commercial requirements into partner contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive net-new partner concepts from evaluation to testing to launch.
• Pitch partnership strategy and ideas to internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Represent Walmart Connect in executive partner engagements while mentoring associates through expertise and formal leadership.
