Job summary

You will partner with HR and business leaders to embed belonging, lead surveys, and translate data into actions that improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.

You will advise senior leaders on culture, workforce trends, and inclusive leadership while managing ERGs and cross‑functional programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in inclusion and diversity, employee experience or related fields.
• 5+ years in managerial roles leading enterprise programs.
• Experience managing surveys, workforce analytics and actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global inclusion strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead employee listening programs: engagement surveys, onboarding feedback, exit surveys.
• Translate feedback into recommendations to improve experience and effectiveness.
• Embed inclusion across the employee lifecycle with focus on development and retention.
• Design initiatives for belonging, psychological safety, accessibility, and inclusive leadership.
• Advise senior leaders and councils on culture and workforce trends.
• Oversee Employee Resource Groups governance and executive sponsorship.
• Lead communications and culture activation to reinforce inclusion.
