Tapestry, Inc. seeks a strategic product leader to own the digital employee experience across global offices. You will shape the vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes, translating employee needs into shipped improvements that affect how thousands work daily.

Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy & Technology, you will influence without authority in a multi-stakeholder environment and partner with Workplace Technology, HR, and Communications to drive adoption and impact.

Competenze

• 10+ years in technology, product management, digital workplace or employee experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority.
• Experience in retail, multi-site enterprises; HR exposure a plus.

Mansioni

• Define vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for the digital employee experience.
• Partner with Workplace Technology and platform owners for architecture, engineering, security.
• Own measurement framework; use analytics and feedback to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Internal Communications and Store Operations on adoption.
