TE Connectivity in Harrisburg seeks an Sr Engineering Manager to lead a global engineering team, driving innovation in connectivity and strategic growth. You will work with Product Management and Sales to advance NPI projects, improve cost and quality, and shape the technology roadmap for Lighting and related areas.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 10–20% to collaborate across geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
8+ years in connectivity products and related technologies.
5+ years of experience managing a cross-functional engineering team.
Familiarity with UL, IEC safety standards globally.
Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work with limited direction.
Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to build relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset and alignment with TE values.

Responsibilities

Lead a global engineering team of primarily mechanical engineers in Harrisburg.
Drive technology leadership, operations excellence, growth, and talent development.
Support M&A planning and due diligence for product portfolios and tech integration.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Ops, and Sales.
Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps and NPI pipelines.
