The role requires 8+ years in attorney recruiting, strong market research, and excellent communication. This is a hybrid in-office role with a focus on client and firm growth.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of attorney recruiting experience, with partner recruiting or growth exposure preferred.
• Strong research, analysis, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of lateral partner searches from kickoff to onboarding.
• Coordinate sourcing, interviews, diligence, approvals, and transition planning.
• Prepare candidate summaries, business cases, and committee materials.
