You will manage multiple searches, maintain records, and drive a responsive candidate and stakeholder experience while protecting confidential information. Strong judgment and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex recruiting processes, especially lateral partner hiring.
• Ability to prepare clear candidate summaries, reports, and presentations.
• Strong market research, mapping, and client/business development insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead lateral partner searches from launch through onboarding and handoffs.
• Map markets, firms, geographies, and candidate profiles to build pipelines.
• Prepare candidate summaries, business cases, and committee materials.
• Maintain current information in recruiting systems and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and search firms to move searches forward.
