Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting to manage multiple searches, coordinate with leaders, and ensure timely progress. You’ll analyze markets, build pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidate materials while protecting confidential information.

The role requires strong judgment, project management, and relationship-building across internal teams and external search firms in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 8 years of attorney recruiting experience, with partner recruiting exposure preferred.
• Experience in complex recruiting processes, market intelligence, and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of lateral partner searches from launch to onboarding.
• Prepare candidate summaries, business cases, and presentations for committees.
• Develop tailored recruiting messages and materials communicating the firm’s value proposition.
