Qualifications

• BA, BS or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years of attorney recruiting experience with partner recruiting exposure preferred.
• Experience with complex, multi-search assignments and coordinating search firms.
• Strong research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead lateral partner searches from scope definition to onboarding.
• Coordinate sourcing, interviews, diligence, and offers while tracking deadlines.
• Map markets, firms, geographies, and candidate profiles to refresh pipelines.
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and business cases for committees.
• Maintain recruiting systems, reports, and stakeholder communications.
