Goodwin seeks a Senior Manager/Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting to lead day-to-day searches for partners globally, coordinating with leaders, search firms, and cross-functional partners. You will manage multiple searches, produce summaries, and ensure timely progress with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in attorney recruiting with partner recruiting exposure.
• Experience in executive recruiting or related professional services considered.
• Strong research and analytical skills using market, client, and pipeline data.
• Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Professional presence and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Managing Director and recruiting leaders to confirm scope, criteria, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day execution of lateral partner searches from launch to onboarding.
• Conduct market research and mapping across firms, geographies, clients, and profiles.
• Prepare clear candidate summaries, business cases, and presentations.
• Maintain complete and current information in recruiting systems and reports.
• Apply templates, processes, and quality controls consistently.
