Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC sales, account management, or field operations.
• 3+ years of leadership responsibility for others' productivity/development.
• Experience planning, forecasting, and hitting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage account assignments for equipment sales to support performance.
• Plan, forecast, manage, and deliver long-term branch growth.
• Lead and develop the sales team to be premier suppliers of equipment.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain Account Plans with key and target accounts.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and align resources accordingly.
