Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Global Key Account Management to drive global accounts strategy and revenue growth. This remote role reports to the Americas VP/GM and collaborates across Commercial, Product, Marketing, and R&D to optimize customer outcomes.

You will lead a global team, engage with executive customers, and oversee pricing strategies while advancing DBS-driven priorities in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years in life science or related sales.
• 4+ years of people management.
• Experience developing strategic selling processes for large regional or global accounts.
• Experience negotiating complex regional or global contracts with enterprise customers.
• Working knowledge of mass spectrometry workflows or related analytics environments.
• Experience deploying DBS or similar operating system to execute commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual global key account strategies for designated strategic accounts.
• Lead, coach, and align a global key account team with governance and planning cadence.
• Build executive/C-suite relationships to understand needs and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Marketing, and R&D to align objectives and initiatives.
• Translate customer insights into actionable commercial strategies to improve coordination.
• Lead strategic pricing reviews and adjust pricing to support profitability.
• Monitor performance against account plans, revenue growth, and market share goals.
