Job summary

SCIEX is seeking a Senior Director, Global Customer Service to lead the worldwide customer service organization, elevating the customer experience and enabling commercial growth across regions. You will own the quote-to-book process, contract administration and revenue enablement, ensuring service levels and swift issue resolution with accountability.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Operations, you will drive operational excellence through Danaher Business System,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, finance or related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead global customer service operations spanning Americas, EMEA and Asia time zones.
• Own quote-to-book, contract administration and revenue enablement.
• Drive operational excellence with Danaher Business System.
• Deploy technology (CPQ, ERP) and AI-enabled service capabilities.
• Develop and manage a global customer service budget.
