Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT financial management experience.
• Strong governance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience with vendor management, cost optimization, and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise IT financial management strategy and governance.
• Own budgeting, rolling forecasting, long-range planning, and cost governance for the IT portfolio.
• Advise CIO and senior tech leadership on investments and value realization.
• Lead vendor financial management across strategic IT suppliers and contracts.
• Establish dashboards, controls, and accountability across portfolios and programs.
