Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support for employees worldwide.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms.
• Manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and endpoint issues.
• Build and maintain IT automations to improve workflows.
• Create and maintain internal IT documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate with Security, HR, and Engineering teams.
