Qualifications

• 3+ years of Apple device administration experience.
• JAMF Pro administration experience.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience supporting macOS and iOS environments in enterprise settings.
• Experience in endpoint management or systems administration.
• Basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Apple devices in a cloud-managed enterprise environment using JAMF Pro.
• Manage the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices.
• Integrate JAMF with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, and other identity management platforms.
• Develop and maintain configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support.
