Job summary

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) seeks an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for end-user IT support across the organization. You will ensure timely technical assistance, enabling smooth operation of the IT environment with device provisioning, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

You will work with the IT Lead and stakeholders in a growing international, mission-critical setting, supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, MFA, and asset management while maintaining

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/tech qualification or practical experience in IT support.
• Experience in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client OS and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and MFA concepts.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Log and manage IT requests and incidents via the ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Provide on-site and remote user support.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Lead with proper documentation.
• Maintain hardware lifecycle and asset records.
• Create and update internal IT knowledge base.
