Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Systems/Network Administrator at our Bedford, MA facility. The role covers day-to-day support of employee endpoints and servers across Windows, macOS, and Linux, plus Microsoft 365 and a range of network devices.

You will work with the IT team to maintain secure, scalable infrastructure supporting manufacturing and research operations, with opportunities to collaborate across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT or related field
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in cybersecurity, network administration, DevOps, cloud administration, systems administration is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees across a range of technologies
• Endpoint OS support for Windows/macOS/Linux
• Email, messaging, authentication, and popular applications
• Windows Server applications such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Work with team to support Microsoft 365 across all sites
• Support on-premises hardware servers and related systems
• Support enterprise-grade network infrastructure
• Design, procure, and deploy infrastructure for offices, labs, and facilities
• Support compute, network, and storage for manufacturing team
• Assist with product security hardening during design/testing phases
