Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) is expanding its IT operations and seeks a skilled, on-site IT Systems/Network Administrator at our Bedford, MA facility.

This role covers day-to-day support of employee endpoints and servers across Windows, macOS, and Linux; cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365; and a variety of network devices and applications. As part of a larger IT organization, the role will also support QCi operations across the company based on business needs and the candidate’s capabilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Email, messaging, authentication, and popular party applications.
• Windows Server applications such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Support Microsoft 365 across all QCi sites.
• Support on-premises hardware servers and related systems.
• Support enterprise-grade network infrastructure.
• Design, procure, and deploy infrastructure systems for offices, labs, and facilities.
• Support compute, network, and storage systems for manufacturing.
