Job summary

Sonos Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Global IT Operations team in Goleta, CA. This on-site role supports laptops, printers, and conference room tech, with on-call and weekend rotation as part of a dynamic, AI-forward environment.

You will administer core tools (Jira Service Management, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and assist with onboarding, device provisioning, and AV support across office and remote sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT support or technical support engineering.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and Wi‑Fi technologies.
• Experience with Okta, Atlassian tools, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware issues and end-user applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the IT support queue in Jira Service Management for Tier 1/2 tickets and participate in on-call rotation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues across laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices; image laptops and install software.
• Provide admin-level support within core collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and manage Okta/AD configurations.
