Figure is an AI robotics company based in San Jose, CA, seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join the HQ IT team. You will provide on-site IT support across buildings, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure equipment inventory and security compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of corporate IT support experience, proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Mac, and strong customer service and coordination skills. This role requires in-office collaboration five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT support in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in Linux, Windows, and Mac troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of VPN provisioning and network configurations.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT support on-site and remotely across HQ.
• Document, track, and monitor problems via tickets and chat.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and inventory management.
• Provide AV and conference room support.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure knowledge sharing and process adherence.
