Job summary

Marcura is seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join our team. You will support internal users across US and international teams, maintaining IT systems, diagnosing issues, and managing equipment inventory. The role includes global equipment tracking and project work as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical support and hardware experience, with Windows and Office troubleshooting skills, and experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical support.
3+ years of experience in general hardware support for servers and workstations.
Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows.
Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience supporting users using a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

Support internal users with systems maintenance and CI updates.
Diagnose and resolve issues with software, hardware, connectivity, and user access.
Manage inventory of IT devices and consumables.
Maintain equipment levels and arrange replacement of defective devices.
Track equipment return to and from employees worldwide.
Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
