Job summary

Internova Travel Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to deliver remote end-user support across Windows and Mac environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network access while assisting in onboarding new hires.

You will document issues, maintain Active Directory and Office 365 accounts, and work with ITSM tools to ensure timely resolutions. Occasional after-hours shifts may apply, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Candidate has 3+ years in end-user computing support in a business setting.
• Familiar with Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, VPN and AD administration.
• Experience with ITSM tools and remote/onsite user support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming user requests via phone and email with courtesy.
• Provide first line Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Mac, and apps.
• Assist onboarding of new hires and maintain user accounts.
• Escalate complex problems and document resolutions in ticketing system.
