Pinnacle Software and Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager IT Services to drive end-to-end service sales in North America and Europe markets, independently building new opportunities and closing deals.

You will engage with US-based clients via calls, demos, and meetings, tailor IT service solutions, manage the sales pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure revenue targets are met.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in IT services / software product / software services sales.
Proven experience in US market sales or international markets.
Strong end-to-end sales cycle experience including lead closure.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and handle client negotiations.
Hands-on lead generation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through multiple channels.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
Engage directly with US-based clients through calls, demos, and meetings.
