Job summary

Penta Global Limited is seeking an experienced offshore outsourcing sales professional to drive growth across the US, EU, Middle East and APAC markets. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals for IT staff augmentation services, owning the sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.

You will build a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, coordinate with delivery teams on proposals, and cultivate long-term partnerships with international clients to maximize value and recurring

Qualifications

• 8+ years in offshore/outsourcing sales for software/IT services.
• Deep SDLC and tech stack understanding.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding IT service sales targets.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Able to drive deals from inception to closure with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with CRM systems and modern prospecting channels.
• Existing international client network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify international clients for offshore IT staff augmentation for US, EU, Middle East, APAC.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals).
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare estimates and proposals.
• Present capabilities, case studies, delivery models, and technology expertise.
• Track deals using CRM and report pipeline, forecasts, and conversions.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to enable repeat business and growth.
• Provide feedback on market demand, competitive insights, and pricing trends.
