Qualifications

• We are looking for 2-4 years of IT services sales or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Understanding of software development services and related technologies.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
• Self-motivated with an ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for IT services through multiple channels.
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and pipelines.
